Popularity (determined by voting at Green Carnival): 20%
Photography Technique: 20%

There will be 3 members on the judging panel. They are Ms Twardzik Ching Chor Leng, Ms Karen Lim and Dr Tan Lay Pheng.

Mrs Twardzik Ching Chor Leng

Twardzik Ching Chor Leng has been practicing Installation art and Land art for more than 10 years. She has exhibited extensively in group and solo exhibitions internationally and locally. Her latest commissioned sculptures are currently being exhibited at the National Museum. Founder of the arts group Landing Space that is active in promoting Land Art in Singapore, she is also an independent curator as well as a member of WITA (Women in the Arts). A regular recipient of meritorious awards and scholarships including the Hanna Kristmanson Ceramic Scholarship, the Ceramics Canada Award, and the Crown Life Entrance Award, Chor Leng's work is included in numerous public and corporate collections. She is currently Head of the Fine Arts Program in NUS High School of Math and Science.

Ms Karen Lim

With interest in photography as an individual mode of expression, Karen Lim's practice started at the International Center of Photography, New York City. she has 15 years of experience working in the museum field and is currently the Assistant Director (Curatorial) at NUS Museum. She is also the appointed Curator for the Circle Line and Downtown Line Integrated Art Program for the Land Transport Authority, Singapore.

Dr Tan Lay Pheng

As a chairperson of Tertiary Institution Council for the Environment (TICE) and a winner of NEA's EcoFriend Award 2008, Dr Tan is actively involved in environmental protection research and pro-environmental work in Republic Polytechnic. Dr Tan was inspired towards environmental work during her course of study in Biology at NUS, which focused on Botany and Zoology. Having undergone many field trips and through discussions with fellow lecturers, Dr Tan understands much about the devastation of flora and fauna as well as the dire effects of global warming.
